Welcome to the Wheeling Wastes, where we plan on chaining mass discard/redraw spells to empty our opponent's hands again and again!

The keystones of the deck are Waste Not and Liliana's Caress. While Waste Not is preferred, Liliana's Caress can still win the game on turn 4. By playing spells that empty EVERYONE'S hand and then refill them (Windfall, Whispering Madness, Dark Deal), Waste Not will quickly amass a board of zombies, give you even more cards, and generate bundles of mana. Liliana's Caress in turn will ideally dish out 10-14 damage to each opponent.

Ill-Gotten Gains may not completely refill everyone's hand, but still has the mass discard and gives you the ability to root through your graveyard for what you need.

Murderous Cut is easy cast after you chuck your hand away and can take care of a problem creature. Exsanguinate goes great with all the mana Waste Not generates. And Ponder is present to help find the last piece of the combo you need on turn 1; you ideally want to play your enchantments on turn 2.

I'm open to any and all advice on how to improve this, its a fun deck that can take out all competition in a few turns!
