this is an experimental concept I came up with, the idea is similar to lantern control in which you want to watch your opponent's deck and keep them from drawing good stuff, but this way, we want to keep our opponents from having a powerful hand using wheel effects and Telepathy

any wheel effects i am missing that I should run please mention, our win con is to kill them thorough mill

Final note: this deck is meant to be relatively budget, and so please no suggestions like 4x Scalding Tarn
