So, my one friend told me to give him a challenge and make a mean Leovold deck. So, here is my take on it. I have every single hand wheel effect that I can fit in the deck. Additionally, I have the deck filled with card draw to make my hand as large as possible without any worries of giving my opponent an advantage. To help with nullifying my opponent's hand, I have included Teferi's Puzzle Box and Anvil of Bogardan in addition to the wheel effects. Now, I personally don't like running decks that don't allow my opponents to play Magic, but, since this was a challenge to build a mean, oppressive leovold deck, I will try my best. As such, my count for counterspells may be off, as might be my removal. I would appreciate any help on balancing the deck out. I am on a budget of $300 maximum.

Now, on to how I plan to win. As you can tell, the majority of my creatures get bigger based off of my hand size. The goal is to beat down on my opponents with my large creatures (because I'm trying to draw so many cards). However, this straightforward beatdown tactic may not work usually. As such, I have include a couple sac outlets, such as Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and Xathrid Demon. These allow me to sacrifice my larger creatures to make my opponents lose the life directly. However, this isn't the only way I can win. I have also included Laboratory Maniac to draw out and win. Enter the Infinite allows me to draw my deck, thus severely buffing my creatures. This allows me to win through laboratory maniac, general beatdown, Psychosis Crawler, or through sacrificing my large creatures. Additionally, I am able to buff my commander with my large hand size through Inner Calm, Outer Strength.

I'd appreciate any and all feedback and feel free to give the deck a +1 if you feel like it achieves its goal or like the deck as a whole.
