1 small issue:

Vivid Creek- you can't produced colored mana outside the colors of your commander (it becomes colorless mana), so an Island would be better here.

Tribal Golem? Or is it just too boring? Probably too boring.

You should try Runed Stalactite! It turns one of your lords into another changeling. You might also be able to make use of Peer Pressure as creature theft that can't be disenchanted. Seahunter lets you pull out changelings from your deck at instant speed, while Higure, the Still Wind gives both evasion and tutoring. If you find you'd like a few more changelings, clone-type creatures are a decent alternative: Phantasmal Image, Phyrexian Metamorph and Quicksilver Gargantuan can all copy a changeling already in play... or your opponent's best creature, if he has something better.
