To keep it short, this deck is meant to give your opponents a hard time. Empress Galina is one of the most underrated and underplayed commanders in my opinion, with only 85 decks on edhrec. When you look at her, it is easy to assume that she is just a commander kidnapper and nothing more, but being able to gain control of any legendary permanent for only 2 mana each turn is insane. That means I will take your planeswalkers, your nykthos, your bolas's citadel, and whatever other legendary things you have lying around. The goal of the deck is to win with your opponent's cards, whether that be by cloning them, gaining control of them, or taking them directly from their decks. The deck is also full of counters to protect the empress and the rest of the stolen goods.
