An attempt at an Izzet Delver deck that works with Guttersnipe and Goblin Electromancer to make use of some awesome instants and sorceries. Epic Experiment is definitely not necessary, but its just so much fun so I had to include it. And Nivmagus Elemental could easily be swapped for Snapcaster Mage or even some card draw which I think might be useful. I'd love for some assistance on making this deck as strong as it can be!
