This deck is for Commander V.S. viewer deck submissions. It is my personal deck and wants to fork all the spells and win with a flurry of sorcery's and instants. I wanted to build a spellslinging/ instant and sorcery themed deck but didn’t want to use riku, wanderer being able to cascade cascade seemed just silly to me. The deck is able to win a few ways, it can either make a lot of tokens with cards like docent of perfection, or it can burn people out with cards like guttersnipe and if the game goes on long enough drop a huge treacherous terrain that is copied once or twice. every card in the deck gets value from maelstrom wanderer being able to cascade into it, no X spells or cards like reverberate as they tend to not work well with cascade. The deck wants to ramp a lot and draw a lot of cards and build up to one huge payoff turn where it can win in one fell swoop.
