So this is almost a typical draw deck, with Nekusar at the helm. The whole goal is to make everyone at the table draw as many cards a turn as possible, while dealing out a whole bunch of damage. The deck really focuses around certain artifacts and enchantments like Font of Mythos, Howling Mine, Price of Knowledge and Fevered Visions to name a few. There could possibly be a problem of decking yourself in the course of the game, or having all your draw sources destroyed with an overloaded Vandalblast so things like Day's Undoing and Time Reversal are needed to keep yourself in the game.

As is the weakness with most decks like this, your ability to deal with other people's board states is a little tough. The deck does not focus too heavily on combat, but it does offer deterrents from getting attacked with Propaganda and Crawlspace. The latter may not be as helpful as the former, but if someone is looking to win via combat damage, cards like Blatant Thievery and Blasphemous Act help mitigate their pace.
