Ok, so the idea of this deck is to drop pretty much your whole hand turn 2 or 3 then kill with the following turn.

Seeing as it's not very easy to do this and most games will take a little longer it has Emrakul's Influence to help keep it's momentum later in the game.

How it works:

To get this to kick off turn 2 you have to play an Arbor Elf on your first turn.

On turn 2 you need a second land to drop, play your land then play Utopia Sprawl enchanting your untapped land and calling blue as its color. Now you can tap your forest for 1 green and 1 blue mana to play either Cloud of Faeries or Snap and untap both lands then tap both lands to add 3 mana, use arbor elf to unwrap the enchanted forest and add 2 more to cast Peregrine Drake and untap both lands giving you the mana to cast It of the Horrid Swarm for its emerge then on the next turn use the cloud of faeries or the elf in combination with a snap or faeries to emerge Decimator of the Provinces and swing for the win.

This is a theoretical deck, I don't own the cards to make it, I need any advice or card ideas that I can get, I would like to keep the deck as cheap as possible.

Market festival and viridian harvest can be changed to any suitable land enchant that adds mana those are just the 2 that came to mind when I was thinking up this deck.
