Using Pyrohemia + Ranging Raptors together, they allow you to tutor lands onto the battlefield tapped. Then, if you pair it with Amulet of Vigor all tapped cards enter untapped. Meaning you can combo this until you tutor all your lands and, unfortunately, wipe the board. This is where Rite of Passage and Bellowing Aegisaur come in, when your creatures get dealt damage these cards give them +1/+1, meaning your creatures live, but your opponent's creatures don't. Only problem is you don't get +1/+1 like your creatures, but that is where Ravenous Daggertooth comes in, not only giving you the health that you lose back, but also giving you one extra for your troubles which can easily put you out of burn range if you are close to death.

With Idyllic Tutor it is kind of obvious what card you choose out of the only two you can tutor up. If you dont have a Pyrohemia in your hand then that is the choice. But if you do you will most likely want to choose the Rite of Passage but obviously Pyrohemia has authority.
As for the Chord of Calling and Congregation at Dawn, the most important creatures to get is Ranging Raptors, followed by Ravenous Daggertooth because without these two, the combo wont work or you will just end up killing yourself or getting close to. When using Congregation at Dawn I personally like to grab Ranging Raptors, Ravenous Daggertooth, then either Bellowing Aegisaur if I dont have Rite of Passage or Idyllic Tutor for the Passage, or Sun-Crowned Hunters for extra burn to win.
Using cards like Idyllic Tutor and Chord of Calling or Congregation at Dawn to tutor up the combo can leave you open to simple mana leak counters like Censor or Spell Pierce in the early game. Also, without the protection that Blossoming Defense gives your creatures, the enemy can easily burst your Ranging Raptors or Ravenous Daggertooth with a single Lightning Bolt or Dismember.

You can also just kill your opponent with Pyrohemia, but where is the fun in that? Why do that when you can cause your creatures abilities to trigger, giving you huge monsters on the field with and empty board to go swinging in?

In the sideboard is just a bunch of Combo protection to keep the pieces alive. The Carnage Tyrant is there if you can't get any creatures out safely and without fear of the combo pieces getting countered. Gishath, Sun's Avatar is there if you are versing a much slower deck, like an Approach of the Second Sun deck. With all the 3/3 Dinosaurs that Raptor Hatchling can produce if you can get it safely out of burn range, you can drop a big Chord of Calling meaning Gishath, Sun's Avatar can come down with haste adding some bonus effects from burning the board.

Heroic Intervention and Privileged Position allow for permanents you control to gain hexproof, allowing them to dodge destruction spells or any other removal while allowing an effective way of doing so. Blossoming defence is super cheap only coming in at a single green mana and at instant speed as well, allowing you to negate spells such as Chastise or Path to Exile, while reaping its effects of the +2/+2 until end of turn. (Not like it matters in the late game anyway.)

Privileged Position allows your creatures to dodge hexproof removal from cards like Arcane Lighthouse or Archetype of Endurance. Heroic Intervention also allows you to dodge annoying Deathtouch creatures that could stop you from getting value out of some of your enrage Dinosaurs. It also gives all permanents Hexproof, meaning if they copy abilities or spells through cards, like Pyromancer's Goggles or Insidious Will, it protects all of your permanents.
