It's a group hug deck with a couple of sudden wincons. It started as a Riku deck that wanted access to populate and so it became Riku and Trostani go on a date, then Trostani got swapped for Rhys because Riku swings two ways.

The basic idea here is to be political, offer cards and mana and such in exchange for ducking swings while you build your board state. Hide behind your Propaganda and wait to get a Mirrorpool or Riku of Two Reflections or Primal Amulet   flipped. Then start the destroying with Comet Storm, Treacherous Terrain or Devil's Play using your mana doublers to make it huge. Same with a Godsire and any token doublers.

Still needs more enchantment/grave hate though.

Group hugs:

Nin, the Pain Artist who gives the gift of card draw and can poke my commander quite a bit for my own cards.

Gisela, Blade of Goldnight Gives the gift of extra damage letting everyone else fight that much harder.

Kami of the Crescent Moon Gives the gift of cards and is a really effective threat as a blocker.

Duelist's Heritage lets everyone have doublestrike if they ask nice.

Edric, Spymaster of Trest to keep people off me.

Swans of Bryn Argoll works as an offered blocker for favors etc.

Adding the monarch lets you make the game better and you look magnanimous when you let an attack through.
