A local game shop I went to had Tamiyo, Field Researcher and I could not resist.

Main: Remove Duneblast for Tamiyo, Field Researcher

Side: Remove Orzhov Advokist for Duneblast

So I like the deck and the very strong +1/+1 focus.
While these may not be the best cards in your approach they could have some benefits.

  • Oloro, Ageless Ascetic + Drogskol Reaver = a card draw/lifegain avenue which can be combo'd with some parts of the deck
  • Triskelion + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed infinite 1dmg avenue. Trisk could also be more useful in this setup in 1v1.

    Cytoplast Manipulator may work faster than Simic Manipulator.
