Want to play Voltron without investing a bunch of cash on those infamous swords and other "must have" equipments? e.g. Sword of Feast and Famine. Always dreamed of matching the killing speed and effectiveness of an infect deck without drawing as much hate? Well that last one may be a stretch but not impossible.. Enter Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest. And no, this deck is NOT illegal because the Red White hybrid symbols that are part of his ability contribute to his COLOR IDENTITY which is RUW. Now that that's out of the way the plan is simple: trigger prowess, gain double strike, swing for a large amount of gen damage, repeat. Which in most cases is usually twice. For whatever reason unlike other Shu Yun decks, I use free prowess triggers in the form of 0 costs artifacts. DUH (because apparently I seem to be the only one who has thought of this effective for faster kills).The inherent problem with voltron decks or any deck really, that revolves around its commander is once they're gone (or worse tucked) is that it puts you way behind your opponent(s) or just crippled. Fortunately we're in colors that have answers for practically EVERYTHING.
