I like it!! Seems like it would be a bit slow becuase your noble is 6CMC but looks like fun!! :)

Thanks! It is a little slow even with the early aggression, I've been thinking about swapping out Mana Leak or Brimstone Volley for something to make it faster but I can't find any good replacements :P

I like that, I like that a lot. Ever since I put the spiketails in the deck I haven't been using the martyrs much... I'll sideboard em :D

Its ability does. "choose target", and Petrahydrox bounce works for abilities as well as spells. Thanks for the concern though!

Oh yeah, but then the ability would fizzle from not having 3 targets...

From what I can tell the ability doesn't specify it needs all 3 for the destroy effect. So you would select your Petra, It would bounce to your hand thanks to its effect, and then you would select 2 of your opponent's permanents. The destroy effect would then choose between the two remaining permanents on the field.
I'll try to get an official ruling on this though :)

Good news! Efreet's ability still works after the bounce, so it just chooses the two remaining permanents and destroys one :) Petrahydrox gets to stay! Thanks for pointing it out though, that woulda been unfortunate to discover in the middle of a match if it failed!
