Thinking Wydwen, the Biting Gale as an alternative commander for this deck in removal heavy situations.

Looking to abuse ETB effects and spells to control while building up for an infinite mana combo to utilize with Oona or overwhelm with Faerie's.

Any suggestions are appreciated! Looking to keep it relatively budget. Many of the pricier cards ex. Damnation, Jitte, Rift, Delta, Taimyo, amongst others, I already own. The expensive buys will be the Clique and Archmage and the two foil Faerie legendaries (c'mon, they gotta be).
