A waste not Storm list I'm trying to build for a gp later this year. I'm currently using a budget mana base, though I know one with fetches and shock lands would be ideal.It's a pretty basic combo deck that uses Waste Not and pyromancer ascension as engines to generate lots of mana, card advantage, and occasionally zombies. Past in flames gives me a second use of all my rituals and discard spells, while locket brings down the costs of every thing in the deck (But especially PiF, and Reforge the Soul). Obviously, Grape shot is the win con.
