Flavor/Theme: Dragon Eye Sanctuary opened their treasury of strong artifacts acquired.

This is what happens when Gruul guy tries to play blue. I like the unique idea, but need a lot of help, my mind does not work in the ways of this color. Initally, I wanted a very interactive deck, but outside of mill (which I hate) I couldn't think of a good win con. So, in my inferior Gruul mind thought, why not buff Taigam and abuse his rebound for a blue version of extra combat and card draw abuse.

Attack with Taigam, Ojutai Master cast Time Warp / Temporal Manipulation . Next turn: Time Warp / Temporal Manipulation rebounds, attack again, cast Relearn / Call to Mind to return Time Warp / Temporal Manipulation . Next Turn: Relearn / Call to Mind rebounds, grab a free spell, attack, cast Time Warp / Temporal Manipulation . Kind of convoluted but with The card draw and and tutors, this combo can come out fairly easy. The annoying part is it's hard to explain
