I'm not going to do a crazy long writeup on this deck, because it's in dumb Standard and fairly self-explanatory. By far the most fun deck I play on MTG Arena.

High Alert is fairly obscure in the current meta, and it's fun taking someone by surprise swinging at them for 12 damage on T3 with an Azorius deck. Huatli, the Sun's Heart serves as a backup for High Alert, enabling half the creatures in the deck to deal damage, and gaining life to boot! Flashing in big butt creatures is fun, too - Threnody Singer can ruin someone's day. Fae of Wishes grabs nearly any answer you may need, whether it's removal, draw, High Alert, or a killer wincon like Mass Manipulation. Teyo, the Shieldmage might seem like an odd inclusion, but he makes more big butts and gives the player hexproof, which is situationally really clutch! Chemister's Insight is recurrable card draw, which seems like a no-brainer to me. I find Quench to be a better early-to-midgame counterspell, and more flexible than Negate. 3 drop counterspells would place this deck a little too high from the ground for my liking.

Have at it, and have fun!
