"By now, you shoulda somehow, realized that ya gotta scoop" -Simon & Garfunkle, probably

Turn 4, you say? Infinite combo, you say? It's a gaggle of walls, surely, there must be some drawback... Alas, this casual plebian's ever-empty bank account can only fashion a deck that is but a stained, brittle doily on the back of the toilet called "life". I don't know what that means. Let's move on!

Wonderwall is a combo of aggro, non-aggro, massive mana, nukes, huge attacks, deck barfing, a weird egg thing, and, well... combos. It's "hella" fun to play, "hoses" most aggro decks, and it's a bunch of walls. We have Jim standing by with the creator of this rediculous "jank" to explain how it works. Jim?

  • Turn 1: play a land, do nothing. there are no 1 drops (wtf??)
  • Turn 2: land, play Overgrown Battlement
  • Turn 3: land, tap 2 lands, play any 2 drop   wall , tap 3rd land and Battlement for Axebane Guardian or another Battlement
  • Turn 4: no land (you've always been unlucky), tap 2 lands for another 2drop wall, tap Battlement for 4 to cast another 2-3 drop wall. With your 7+ available mana, now you could...
    1. tap another mana brother for 5 mana and play Staff of Domination , combo win
    2. concede the game to your opponent. you have lost the game, but won a friend
    3. not win, rage quit and flip the table, then go eat a whole block of cheese alone in your room, the taste of your tears mingling with that of the Gouda.

Alternatively, with enough mana, you can Genesis Wave any missing mana monsters or combo pieces in alongside a Thousand-Year Elixir to use them instantly, also on turn 4.

With Overgrown Battlement / Axebane Guardian and at least 4 other defenders, you can tap your dork for 5+ mana, use 3 mana on the Staff of Domination to untap your dork and 1 mana to untap the staff, you have 1 mana left. Repeat, now you have 2 mana. Repeat, 3 mana. Repeat. Repeat. etc. All that's needed is one of the mana brothers, the staff, and at least 4 other defenders.

With infinite mana, you can use the Staff of Domination to draw your whole deck and play all your spells and gain 42,000 life and tap all your opponents' creatures and untap all your creatures, or Genesis Wave for 42, and/or give all your guys +0/+4,200 for attack with Assault Formation , and/or infinitely use and untap Vent Sentinel 's ability to deal 4,200,000 damage to target opponent. This is fun!

With Axebane Guardian 's mana in any combination of colors, you can replace 3x Vent Sentinel and 2x Ludevic's Test Subject   with ANY SPELL that wins the game, regardless of mana cost or colors needed. Dude.

Now, I know what you're thinking. No, I'm not sure why Grape Nuts decided to name their tasteless breakfast gravel after things that actually taste good, but I know they're a bunch of liars.

Play walls. Don't lose.

Mana base should first focus on at least 2 blue for transmuting Drift of Phantasms into an Axebane Guardian , Genesis Wave or Staff of Domination , in order of importance. Fetch for Breeding Pool first, Sylvan Caryatid can help.

Overgrown Battlement is our perfect turn 2, followed by Axebane Guardian on turn 3. Spellskite priority depends on our matchup. Quickly getting more walls on the field improves the output of the mana brothers.

Always Genesis Wave for at least x=3, preferably more like 7-10. If the Wave fishes up a Thousand-Year Elixir with one of the mana brothers , they can instantly tap for mana and drink some Elixir to tap again for even more mana.

Aside from infinite combos, Assault Formation enables most wins, as our 4-toughness defenders are now attacking for 4 damage, maybe more. Alternatively, I've chosen to go with Vent Sentinel and Ludevic's Test Subject  , as they both perform flavorfully(?) outside the infinite combo and also abuse it when it's there, while keeping my wall count up.

Plenty of room for adjustments. Vent Sentinel , Ludevic's Test Subject  , Spellskite and Thousand-Year Elixir are personal flavor choices. Land base can be more competitive if you have the money. Have a gander at the ENORMOUS maybe list for some great alternatives.

There is no sideboard for several reasons, it all depends on your meta. Again, browse the maybe list for walls that can get the job done, you'd be surprised.

Due to my financial status, this is a casual deck. If you have a real job and would like to win tournaments with walls, I would suggest THE SOURCE WALL by UrbanAnathema, who gave me the idea for adding Spellskites and reaffirmed that my deck wasn't total jank garbage.
