Game plan:

1st turn: Scorch spitter or haste creatures

2nd turn: 2 haste creatures. By the time, opponent life is 16.

3rd turn: Chandra's spitfire (better) or Cavalcade (total life: 12 with Chandra's or 10 with Cavalcade).

4th turn: Cavalcade (win) or Burn Bright (also win if nobody blocks).
