Pretty straightforward deck, get thermo-alchemist and electrostatic field out early so you can immediately start pumping out instant and sorcery spells for cheap damage dealt. The drakes and blister coil weird should be good at blocking combat damage and attacking while utilizing thermos and electrostatics abilities.
