This is my attempt at creating a deck that can be gotten for less than $35. It features a variety of 1-drop creatures, all of which can contribute at least two damage when they attack. It's really easy to get three artifacts on the board by turn 2, which really pushes the power of metalcraft. Ardent Recruit and Dispatch are two of the best cards in the deck, as one serves as essentially a 3/3 and the other is essentially a one mana exile spell with no downsides. Occasionally they won't be that, but you can expect it the vast majority of the time. Aside from that, it's essentially your average modern cheap white artifacts deck.
