This is my first attempt at near Cedh level Rafiq deck. Probably wont fight the tier 1 stuff, but tier 2 and lower it should pack a real punch. Main plan is to get rafiq on board, suited up, then lock eveyrthing with static orb and winter orb. Get feast and famine to break parity. You can also armageddon. Cant decide if ravages of war is also needed. Finally you can use narset wheel to empty opponents hand.
