A counters based commander deck with Volrath, the Shapestealer as the commander, there are plenty of combinations in the deck that can either close out a game on their own or at least get out of hand if left unchecked, these are;

Volrath, the Shapestealer, Nacatl War-Pride, Biovisionary and an opponent with at least two creatures = You win on you end step.

Explanation: If you have the above requirements met you can win, what you need to do first is have Volrath be a copy of Nacatl War-Pride then go to attacks, then with that ability on the stack you pay 1 mana to have Volrath become a copy of Biovisionary, the Nacatl trigger then resolves and your Volrath will make two more clones of Biovisionary, all you need to do is end your turn to then win.

Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar, Renata, Called to the Hunt or Master Biomancer and Woodfall Primus = Infinite mana and blowing up all your opponents noncreature permanents.

Volrath, the Shapestealer, Devoted Druid and Grim Poppet = Infinite mana and putting infinite -1 counters on all opponents creatures. If you replace the Grim Poppet with Wickerbough Elder you can also destroy everyones artifacts and enchantments, you just don't get infinite mana.

Volrath, the Shapestealer, Devoted Druid and Quillspike = An infinitely large Volrath to swing in with.
