Volcanomancy ("Titan-Shift" in EDH)

This is a Jund landfall/land transition deck. It is designed to set up combos that benefit from lands changing zones between the battlefield/hand/graveyard. There are benefits for playing lands, discarding lands, and sacrificing lands. In order to keep the engine working, there are numerous ways to recycle the same lands over again.

The deck's namesake combo is based around Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. The combo functions very similar to the modern Titan-Shift builds using Prismatic Omen to turn all lands into mountains. However, because Scapeshift is a one time use spell, and Primeval Titan is banned in the format, we need another way to get a lot of landfall triggers. We solve this problem with Storm Cauldron and Manabond. This combo enables us to bring all our lands to our hand, and the subsequently drop them all again. To increase the damage output, we include a Vesuva, Thespian's Stage, and Mirage Mirror to make copies of our volcano (enables 12 damage per landfall). There are some janky replacements for Storm Cauldron and Manabond using land sac outlets, land bounce, and cards to support playing up to 8 lands a turn.

The combo damage can be further improved with Retreat to Hagra, Akoum Hellkite, Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, and Tunneling Geopede. In the unlikely event we can somehow get all of these out at the same time, that's 17 targeted damage/life, 2 symmetric opponent damage/life, and 1 gained life per landfall. We also have the 2 largest creature landfall engines in Rampaging Baloths and Omnath, Locus of Rage. That does it for our Landfall win-cons.

There is another combo in Borborygmos Enraged + The Gitrog Monster. We can pitch lands for damage and draw cards. If we have Dakmor Salvage we can burn out our whole deck. If we have Elixir of Immortality out, we can burn through our whole deck twice, which should be enough to kill most tables. If we have World Shaper we can pitch a large number of lands, and use the last damage trigger to kill the World Shaper and get landfall triggers for all the lands we just pitched.

We also have a number of utility lands (Glacial Chasm/Bojuka Bog/Strip Mine) to resolve issues at instant speed with Crop Rotation

The rest of the deck is acceleration, recursion, removal/wipes, and auto-includes.

For flavor, I've tried to include cards that have Volcanoes or magma in the art. Aside from Valakut, all the basic lands include a volcano, there is Darigaaz's Caldera, promo Savage Lands, Cinder Glade, Evolving Wilds, Demonic tutor, and Wildfire. I am looking to improve this, but most volcano cards are unplayable.
