Vish Kal Flicker. A rarely seen B/W flicker deck which utilizes repetitive ETB's and death triggers to gain massive board state and card value. Bounce/ Flick Angel of Despair , Ashen Rider , Gray Merchant of Asphodel or many other creatures to watch them freeze and stare at their hand, gasping for answers as they watch their board diminsh flick after flick. Can also double up on the ETB trigger effects with Strionic Resonator and Teysa Karlov . BTW, nice feature is that the flicker mechanic can be used at instant speed and can be used both defenesivly ( to protect against removal) and offensivly. I like Vish Kal as a commander because he guarantees my creatures protection in the form of instant speed sacrifice. This means that i can keep them safe from exile effects or sac them all instant speed responding to a one sided board wipe to equalize the playing field. I can recoup them later with the many resurrection spells such as Faith's Reward , Living Death , Sun Titan + Animate Dead or Necromancy or Dance of the Dead , etc. Also can do the simpler option and use phrexian delver or Karmic Guide on specific targets. Please give me any suggestions to make the deck stronger and +1 if you enjoy the theory craft! -Alex
