The whole idea behind this is to create a Villainous Wealth powered by green devo. I've thought this card was awesome since I first saw it released, but have always been unsatisfied by the mediocre control decks that try and run it as an end game. With devotion we have the perfect archetype to pump Wealth for shton's of mana, while still being a semi competitive deck. Since we're splasing blue anyways this gives us access to Kiora, the Crashing Wave, which compliments the devotion strategy extremely well by increasing our mana base and supplying card advanage. I've never run devotion before, so suggestions are more than welcome, especially on the sideboard as I just kinda threw it together.
