The main Goal of this deck is to "build your own Yawgmoth's Bargain" to draw out your deck to win the game. The tribal of this deck is "pay life synergies". Cards that are good on their own, better when the commander is in play. Some cards I pulled from the original build that still has synergies in the deck ate the draw spells who can double as shocks, they would kick off the combo of Exquisite Blood & Sanguine Bond while flipping cards off the top with Bolas's Citadel

Fun fact most players overlook (due to narrow point of relevance): is that equip costs can target a creature already equiped by said equipment. Its just not important most times, unlike here where the equip cost of two relavent beat sticks Lashwrithe & Nightmare Lash. Not only will they make a creature swole, with Vilis in play recursive equipping will draw you cards.
