Draw-step control. This is a brutal deck capable of locking out an opponent early and often. Sometimes opponents will stick around and get milled out over the course of 20+ turns, but usually they just rage quit.

Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek get me through the early game.

Ensnaring Bridge , Path to Exile, and Dispatch make sure that my opponents don't have a profitable attack.

Lantern of Insight let's me see what my opponent is about to draw. I can force them to mill it with Codex Shredder, Pyxis of Pandemonium, or Ghoulcaller's Bell or just let them draw another land or kill spell (the deck runs no creatures so kill spells are just empty draws).

Dimir Machinations can help if I have no way of milling their top deck, but mainly its here to fetch Ensnaring Bridge.
