I came up with an idea of using Manabarbs to my advantage I was really excited about using it please give feedback.
Recently updated a lot I have gotten it to work extremely well especially with the new addition of Curse of Stalked Prey as a creature ramp.
Infernal Plunge is, I take it, so he can play Manabarbs on turn 2.
Definitely needs more goblins if Goblin Grenade wants to be taken advantage of consistently.
Will definitely look at adding Goblin Wardriver . Right now when I'm play testing it only problem I have is actually getting mana barbs out. What i don't want is to turn it into a straight goblin deck because many people already have one like it. Another problem I am running into is if my opponent gets a creature out them killing me with just that single creature because all mine are 1/1s so not a lot of creature control
The changes you made are interesting but now you're VERY short on mana. You need to bump the land count up to 22-24 with this sort of curve. Pristine Talisman does offset this, along with keeping your life total from dipping too low, but not enough for the deck to run smoothly off 18 Mountain s.
I've actually updated it once more and it now works decently well. The only thing i am still sceptical about is Reckless Waif Flip . she seems way to selective when it comes to playing her i might switch her up with Village Ironsmith Flip as a more powerful Werewolf but still am open to some suggestions.
Or Kruin Outlaw Flip too.
is Tibalt really doing anything in there for ya? he seems like a weak link
He actually does do a lot espically with Grim Lavamancer . Using him to throw cards away even if I needed the card thats just more ammo for me to use with lavamancer and I actually won a game with his -4. honestly he's not crucial but he still does play a roll in the deck.

If you're worried about your creatures being 1/1's, maybe you could add in some Goblin Wardrivers. Low cost and works well with your other low cost creatures (and even Krenko!).Love this deck though
