This was the first EDH deck I'd ever built. I loved the idea of taxing players consistently, and while I know Kaervek the Merciless isn't a very competitive commander, I wanted it to at least get to a 7 or maybe even 8 (out of 10). I know he will never be my "winning" deck, but I feel like it could be stronger. I've tinkered with this deck for a couple years, and it is by far the most inconsistent deck I own. There aren't any real win cons (aside from maybe Heartless Hidetsugu + Wound Reflection or furnace of ratholes or something like that. Exsanguinate could also end the game pretty quick. The plan is usually to durdle until I can get Kaervek out and then hope he lasts more than one turn. I would any / all suggestions on getting this deck better tuned. Thanks in advance!

As a side note, it used to be a very chaotic deck and slowly become more and more less so.
