My Vela's Metallic Deluge deck but with non-budget options. I don't like to run a lot of infinite combos or tutors, so you won't see a lot of those here.

I wanted to make an artifact deck, but I didn't want to go the combo route that so many such decks use. Instead, I wanted to focus on artifact creature tokens, and using those tokens as resources to win. Vela the Night-Clad seemed like a cool commander to use, as she can be win con when tokens leave the battlefield, and can make my many colorless creatures extremely hard to block.

We need lots of tokens, and a few of our token generators can be quite amazing. Hangarback Walker scales with the game well and interacts well with Time Sieve. card:Myr Battleshpere takes advantage of ETB and copy effects to create a Myr army. This may also be the best deck ever for Sharding Sphinx.

As mentioned, the deck uses several ETB and copy effects to create tokens and control the board. The best of these might be Conjurer's Closet, Mirrorworks, and Master Transmuter.

We also try to kill everyone else's stuff! Copying a Noxious Gearhulk every turn is sweet, and using our tokens with Attrition is quite oppressive.

The only infinite combo (as far as I know) in the deck is Time Sieve and Thopter Assembly.

Two cards that I heavily considered were Dross Scorpion and Thopter Foundry. Dross Scorpion would have enabled at least two infinite combos, but it didn't do enough else for me to include it. Thopter Foundry would have gone in if I could use tokens for it (which would be so broken) but I didn't want to include any of the usual combo pieces that go with it, so I left it out.
