Cobbled together from some old Dimir decks laying around from around the time of Ravnica (first set, not return - so not terribly great). No major wincons, just an overall theme of milling & unblockables. Usual Blue & Black jokes included. Why Duck-Duck Mill for the name? Because it's in Rubber Ducky sleeves, of course! Comments?
