I had scrapped my last Circu list to help pimp out my Wydwen deck, and after a few weeks of trading for generically good-stuff cards, I found that I had enough to start rebuilding.

I've built around Circu and Vela for a few years now. It is a fairly generic user-friendly and easy-to-explain combo deck. The looseness to pilot and slow-speed of the combo makes it good for casual mulitplayer tables.

There are numerous combo interactions, but here are the generic ones;

~ phantasmal image + palinchron

~ deadeye navigator + drake/whale/pali, faeries work if we have temple/aqueduct/excavations, or if Vela is already out

~ cloudstone + drake/whale/pali + any clone

~ equilibrium + drake/whale/pali + any 2 clones (not phantasmal image)

~ displace/ghostly flicker + drake/whale/palinchron + archeomancer/wall, faeries work if we have temple/aqueduct/excavations and Vela is already out

~ rite-kick on Vela for 30 life loss to all opponents

Combo's that are not included;

~ Omniscience and etb-bounce creature (example Cavern Harpy)

~ pentavous and any infinite mana (Power Artifact/Basalt Monolith/Grim Monolith/Rings of Brighthearth)

~ dim deathmantle + Su-Chi

~ Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar + any zombie

~ Intruder Alarm + Bloodline Keeper   makes infinite, sac outlet kills with Vela

~ Conspiracy or Xenograft (naming "cleric") + Rotlung Reanimator + sac outlet + additional creature

~ Conspiracy or Xenograft (naming "human") + Avacyn's Collar + Ashnod's Altar + additional creature
