Help Needed! Suggestions, ideally under $5 cost, welcome.

This deck initially was conceived as a straight forward Vela the Night-Clad flicker deck. i.e. Bounce your own creatures in and out of play with Vela on the field to do board-wide damage to your opponents. But, with the addition of some interesting token based win conditions (Mechanized Production, Revel in Riches), I thought it would be fun to try and blend it all together into a more flexible deck.

Now the plan is to focus on whichever potential win condition reveals itself first and then move to one of the alternates if things go sideways. The deck is currently incomplete and is going to need a lot of adjustment, so I added a number of useful ETB creatures to combine with the flicker strategy until I solidify the deck.

The weakest strat I see right now is Revel in Riches, but that's not surprising given it's new and doesn't have a lot of good support cards yet. This should change as more Ixalan sets are released down the road.

Favorite combo so far: Shimmer Myr + Vela the Night-Clad + Ashnod's Altar in play --> Cast Thopter Assembly at end of opponents turn --> Thopter Assembly returns to hand at upkeep (1 dmg to opponents) and creates 5 1/1 Thopter tokens --> Sac them to Ashnod's Altar whenever I want before my next upkeep (5 dmg to opponents) and use the mana to recast Thopter Assembly. Rinse and repeat. = At least 6 damage to all opponents every round with 5 flying chump blockers up at all times. I'm pretty sure I've got this right. Let me know if I don't.

Thinking of adding in Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Walking Ballista for that combo since it needs zero additional support to be another wincon.
