Ninjas are deadly, violent, and under their mask they are smiling.
I bought the Ninja Plainchase deck and I thought hmmm this would be an awesome EDH deck. Well here we go.
The ninjas are awesome and deadly. But they need unblockable peeps to help them out.

are some of the guys that do the trick. I had games were I won by milling because they couldn't block

Cheap, flying deathtouch so it is not going to be blocked. Great to Ninjitsu with because every time you replay it you get to draw.
Blighted Agent
Unblockable, Infect, Need I say more. This guy could win it for you on his own.
Cavern Harpy
Some time you need to use the ninjitsu with your unblockable/flying people just to get your ninjas through. This harp is nice because she pops your ninjas back to your hand for ninjitsu. Combos nicely with Vela too.
Coral Fighters
Nothing like fateseal to keep your opponent's OP cards at the bottom of their deck.
Dimir Cutpurse
Just an awesome hit player power. Card advantage and discard control.
Dimir Infiltrator
Unblockable peep or card search for a counter. Your choice.
Evil Twin
Copy their commander/big guy and then kill them ^.^

It can block, It can be a ninjitsu starter because they don't need to do damage just be unblocked and who is going to block 0 damage. Then you get it back in your hand to Cascade again.
Lazav, Dimir Mastermind
Just because he combos nicely with Dimir milling. You can even run him as a leader if you feel like it.
Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker
Mind Funeral
every time you hit player. Need I say more. Can be a leader if you feel like it too. This guy makes you win by milling when unblockable.
Mistblade Shinobi
Cheap ninja with a good bounce control power.
Mortus Strider
This guy won't die. Good if you are in a dicey situation.

Notion Thief
EDH has a lot of draw. Why not steal it? Combos with
Whispering Madness
nicely.

Good if you need to lighten their hand size.
Phylactery Lich
Doesn't really match but just too good to pass up.

Steal their commander or big guy and if they are not U they can't do much about it.

Good ol Fear and a free search for the rat ninjas. Yes Please.

Can do interesting combos doubling up on the on hit powers or just copying their big guy.

I really like these rings. Just nice cheap abilities and the beef up is very nice.
I'm pretty proud of this deck and it's a lot of fun to play. I'm always updating and building my decks I play with as I learn and find more cards. Every time I try to add a card in this guy I have a hard time finding something to take out. Feedback is always welcomed, even the bad.
