Nice deck, seems a little slow maybe add in some one or two drops. I have a similar deck just geared a little more towards aggro you should take a look, it's called Zombie Obliterator it might give you a idea or two. But you have a pretty neat deck +1.

Thanks! I will look into it, the Vault Skirges are usually 1 drops, sometimes 2 drops and Despise works as a great 1 drop to see what the opponent has turn one and get rid of something big.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but since Mirran Crusader has pro-black, you can't kill it with a Black Sun's Zenith, true? I just saw that you have BSZ as a killspell for the Crusader in your description and got curious.

Black Sun's Zenith does not target a specific creature so it will kill Mirran Crusader even when he is pro black. Its like if i played Day of Judgment that would also kill Phyrexian Crusader despite him being pro white.

And the -1/-1 counters themselves are not black, the spell is. Since it doesn't target the counters still go on him.

I have a very similar deck,but by judging by your huge description, it seems you know what you are doing but i might as well recommend Phyrexian Metamorph I am personally not a huge fan of him, but i have had dozens of people recommend him to me for my mono black deck.

He is good for getting legendary creatures especially hexproof ones. I haven't really had many problems with them. usually just because i have bigger creatures out like the obliterator.
