Bulding this deck would be a fantasy more than anything else, as the price of some of the cards put this idea a bit out of reach. But nonetheless, here I have a Varolz, the Scar-Striped EDH deck, designed by Glenn Jones of StarCityGames for a highly competitive EDH meta. This deck is certainly built for 1v1 games, but I feel that it'd do very well. It can kill on turn 3 with lethal commander damage, and it's as easy as playing a turn-1 mana dork like Birds of Paradise , into a turn-2 Varolz, into a turn-3 Phyrexian Dreadnought / Death's Shadow scavenge onto varolz with a Berserk for lethal damage. Maybe I'll actually build this deck one day, but for now; any suggestions are welcome I suppose :)
