Welcome to my Varolz, the Scar-Striped Golgari Tiny Leaders deck, featuring some nasty graveyard play. Looking for other cards to swap in too, perhaps some trample effects.

Wins as early as Turn 3:

T1: Forest, Birds of Paradise

T2: Land, Glistener Elf. Follow with Death's Shadow or Phyrexian Dreadnought . When played, these die and go to graveyard. Alternatively, just Entomb (do this at their EOT to hide your gameplan better).

T3: Land, Varolz, the Scar-Striped. Scavenge Death's Shadow or Phyrexian Dreadnought , targeting Glistener Elf. Swing for lethal poison damage via Infect.

This is a 75%-style build - I'm not playing huge expensive cards. I'm instead opting for the weaker, cheaper counterparts (IE, Murder over Hero's Downfall, etc), or slow lands instead of shocks. Exceptions for key cards that I just happened to have in my collection (Entomb is 1/4 of the cost of the deck by itself, haha). Although Tiny Leaders IS a competitive format, I don't play with people who spend a lot of money on decks, so it would be a little anti-fun if I was playing OP cards. So, priority on budget and friendly, here. Another notable exception is Birds of Paradise. You could replace this with an Elvish Mystic or Llanowar Elves, but if you're going to be buffing creatures anyway, may as well have some evasion instead. There would be something beautiful about swinging for 12+ with a Birds of Paradise! Also it's mana dork for black too. That's important!

Works by utilising a lot of huge creatures (with low CMCs) with drawbacks for playing them, such as Phyrexian Dreadnought or Death's Shadow. The aim is to play them and sacrifice to get them in your graveyard, or simple pop them in with cards like Entomb or Buried Alive.

What then? Well, you have three options. First - Voltron style with Varolz, the Scar-Striped himself to swing for huge damage. Second, you can scavenge on to sneaky unblockables like Tormented Soul or Nether Traitor. Finally? As if you needed another way to win, you can also use Infect creatures like Ichorclaw Myr or Glistener Elf. Tainted Strike can take an opponent by surprise! You can win as early as Turn 3 with this strategy, although there is enough redundancy in case you don't have the perfect hand or get disrupted.

Fast, powerful, consistent. Let me know if you have suggestions!
