The mana needs some work.

Main deck

This deck features Varolz, the Scar-Striped to give all creatures in the graveyard scavenge. The deck plays a lot of creatures so that we can have a lot of scavenge sources, scavenge targets and sacrifice targets for Varolz, the Scar-Striped's regeneration ability.

Mulch, Grisly Salvage, Lotleth Troll and Splinterfright lets us put cards into our graveyard.

Lotleth Troll allows us to get through with damage in cases where trample is relevant. It's regeneration ability is also very good.

Splinterfright and Boneyard Wurm grows as the graveyard grows. Note that the amount of +1/+1 counters you get from scavenging them also grows with the number of creatures in your graveyard.

Vexing Devil allows you to burn your opponent for 4 damage and then give another of your creatures +4/+4 - all for two red mana. If your opponent lets him live, you have an additional creature to sacrifice to Varloz, the Scar-Striped.

Domri Rade for card draw and pseudo-removal.

Slumbering Dragon is decent against aggro and is a decent scavenge target (with evasion) in addition to Lotleth Troll and Varolz, the Scar-Striped.

Kessig Wolf Run makes any creature with a bunch of counters on it, or any creature with a lot of free mana behind it, a force to be reckoned with. Note that scavenging onto Gyre Sage is a thing.
