Sideboard

This deck is essentially a Voltron style deck with the payout that when an opponent eventually removes Varchild, we will recieve a large amount of Survivors that are just as scary, if not more threatening than her.

The deck was built around high impact 1-2 mana minions and then Varchild leading the charge turn 3 onwards.

The deck remains consistently powerful due to most of the equipment in the deck adding up to 4 cmc to play and equip in the same turn.

This allows us to get insane set ups like Turn 1 Signal Pest into turn 2 Hero's Blade then Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor and turn 4 Hammer of Nazahn . This will allow Varchild to be as scary as a 8/5 with indestructible (9/5 with Signal Pest ) and making all future equipment extremely cheap to equip.

A set up like this means that our opponents are sitting at low life and that any creature we play can become an easy replacement for Varchild including the survivors we get if Varchild is ever removed.

When Varchild is removed cards like Savage Beating , Coat of Arms and Shared Animosity can easily remove a player from the game.

Some easily missed combos consist of; Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor dying, and Blades of Velis Vel in order to steal 2 of our opponents creatures as they will be Survivors at the time of her death.

Flamerush Rider + Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor is a ridiculous combo as it allows us to get a few more Survivors off the initial attack. The best part of this is when the token version of Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor leaves the battlefield at the end of combat we will recieve all our survivors without even losing our commander!

Rampaging Ferocidon + Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor this essentially means that our Varchild will be dealing double damage and also punish other token decks and decks that go infinite with creatures.

Burn at the Stake is a straight forward finisher allowing us to turn even 1 or 2 rounds of Varchild attacking into 1 opponent being killed off by around 10 survivors.
