This is my first, truly, Vampire tribal EDH deck. I've been slowly building up my collection of Vamps and now I have brought them together to see what I can do with them. I've intentionally moved away from the typical Vampire lifelink trope and geared towards dealing combat damage with flyers to pile on +1/+1 counters. There's lots of Vampires here eager to descend upon their prey.

Many of the creatures have the inherent ability to apply +1/+1 counters when dealing combat damage to a player and these are exploited with combinations of other creatures abilities.

So the theme here is +1/+1 counters...

Thus far, notable interactions have been:

Flying creatures attacking with one or any combination of the following on the battlefield Rakish Heir ---> Stensia Masquerade ---> Drana, Liberator of Malakir --> Necropolis Regent....

Buffs include:

Obelisk of Urd ---> Captivating Vampire ---> Door of Destinies --> Coat of Arms ---> Bloodline Keeper   which is ridiculously easy to flip and Stromkirk Captain.

For fun, I have Death Pits of Rath which combo's nicely with Olivia Voldaren. The risk is in combat, but most of the time my Vamps are flying over the top. Following this, I saw the Deathtouch Olivia Voldaren ping in a couple of other decks and thought, 'why not?', so Gorgon's Head and Gorgon Flail are in there (Basilisk Collar to be acquired).

The old chestnut of Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth works a treat.

I really like extra card draw, so both Phyrexian Arena and Underworld Connections are here.

Animation Module is an interesting contraption. It's imperative that there is one or more Vampire buffs on the battlefield for this one. So, post combat, apply one or more +1/+1 counters --> trigger Animation Module --> create a servo --> ping it with Olivia Voldaren --> it becomes a Vampire before it dies, thus benefiting from the Vampire buff. I can create larger Servo-Vampires to attack with and grow using +1/+1 counters acquired via combat damage!! Slightly convoluted, and you do need 3 mana for each Servo, but it works with the large amounts of mana that can be potentially produced (Cabal/Urborg or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx). Even better when Vampire Nocturnus has a black card sitting pretty on the top of my library.
