Hello. Standard semicasual standard player here. Been playing mtg since Aether Revolt.

This is a budget vampire tribal, after the rotation of Hour and below. Basically what the title says. Win by turns 7-8 if possible, but later is okay.

My plans for the near future: Remove Mavren, add x2 Vona. Remove two or three zealot, add 2 bishop of binding.
