The main game plan of this deck is to copy artifacts from the graveyard and building a well-oiled machine to take you on the way to Valuetown, USA. Dump cards into the graveyard with cards like Faithless Looting or Daretti, Scrap Savant, use Osgir, the Reconstructor's abilities to sacrifice mana rocks like Boros Signet or Sol Ring and make copies of artifacts in your graveyard. Cast Karn, the Great Creator to take the exiled artifacts back for later use, Wake the Past and Triumphant Reckoning for massive recursion, or Saheeli's Directive for a large amount of mana to yoink artifacts out of the deck.

Besides cards I already owned and the cards from the precon, I'm looking for ~$2-3 or less for upgrades.
