Sky Hussar need I say more, but for those who do not know Sky Hussar, this deck just try to draw lots of cards and have a 7/8 on turn two from playing Nivmagus Elemental and exiling all the pact cards for free +1/+1 counters and since you're just eating the pacts for counters you don't have to pay the upkeep costs.
