This deck is perhaps a bit strange, but to sum it up as well as I can, the goal is to win the game through one of several strategies:

-Combat, through Oketra as a Double Striking Commander, or through her tokens as an army with cards like True Conviction or Divine Vistation (or both).

-Combo, with lines that mostly generate infinite tokens with Oketra + 4 or 5 more cards. The deck can go infinite, but it takes a ton of work to get there.
