Combos:

1. The Obvious Kiki/Twin + Pestermite/Deceiver Exarch. I don't think i need to explain this.

2. The Mutated Kiki Kiki + Sea-dasher Octopus/Lore Drakkis. Put the non-legendary on top, make infinite tapped copies of itself at your opponent's end step and untap with them. Octopus is less telegraphed.

3. Vadrok Extortonist Infinite Mana Dockside Extortionist (Opps in total have at least 7 artifacts/enchantments) + Snap + Vadrok Mutate. Cast snap to bounce back Vadrok and Extortionist, untapping 2 lands with snap. Cast Extortionist using 2 mana .to make 5 treasures, use 4 to cast Vadrok with mutate and net 1 treasure each time. Once you have infinite mana, you can mutate Vadrok onto another creature like Polywog Symbiote/Champion of Wits/Emry to mill yourself. After milling yourself, using Vadrok mutate trigger to get Underworld Breach instead of snap and assemble a win from there. (eg. Kiki combo/ Blind Obedience extort)

4. Roundabout Vadrok Infinite Mana Vadrok Mutate + Pestermite/Deceiver Exarch + Lotus Field + Azorious Chancery/Boiling Izzetwork/Any Dual Island affected with High Tide + Snap. Cast Pestermite using Lotus Field, untapping it. Tap Lotus Field for RRR, and Double Source land for U(X). Cast Vadrok Mutate using RRR and U or (X), resolving it to cast snap targeting itself. Untap Lotus Field and Dual Source land, netting U or X or R each time. Rinse and Repeat from beginning. After making mana, repeat as above no. 3.

6. Cute Synergies Vadrok + Grinning Ignus/Darting Merfolk/Cartographer's Hawk gives a relatively cheap way to repeatedly get Vadrok's mutae

Goblin Engineer + Vadrok is a 6 mana Transmute Artifact

As long as you have mana, any tutor like Gamble/Wild Research that bins Underworld Breach can be returned via Vadrok to go off.

Vadrok Mutate + Sevinne's Reclaimation lets you get back any two 3 cmc or less permanent without exiling itself

Vadrok + Surprise Restore Balance in Graveyard

Vadrok + Teferi, Time Ravaler is obnoxious as well. Mutate Vadrok cast Teferi, use Teferi bounce Vadrok + mutated creature to always have a Teferi on your turn.

Lore Drakkis + Any Mutate Creature + Snap lets repeatedly get etb triggers of the other creature. Slap a Vadrok on to get back any instant/sorc you want as well or cast any 3 cmc of less noncreature from graveyard each iteration.
