I wanted to make a control deck that depends on controlling the board until you either, get a Fraying Sanity + Fleet Swallower win or you just mill them down enough with Fleet Swallower+Patient Rebuilding+Psychic Corrosion while controlling the board successfully.

I also didn't want to buy several copies of Teferi, Hero of Dominaria in order to have a viable control strategy, as it is a ridiculously expensive card in my opinion. Most of this deck is made from cards I already own.

Need opinions on sideboard and any other suggestions in making the deck more viable competitively (other than including Teferi).
