Once upon a time I would take this to FNM and would do quite well in the standard tournaments for such a budget deck.

Now some years later, it's an even cheaper deck to build, and is still quite good at what it does! If there is a better Azorious Aggro 60 card deck you can make for less than $20 then I haven't seen it.
