My take on the U/W heroic deck. I added a gentle splash of black to spice things up. Also I put in Eternal Thirst a nice bit of life gain plus an extra way to gain counters. I really like it, plus it only costs 1 with hero of iroas and you can tutor for it when needed with heliods pilgrim. Also, I took full advantage of the graveyard as all the instants and ordeals will end up there (and maybe one or two creatures).. thus I include cards like Dig Through Time, Treasure Cruise, and Murderous Cut. While you may only be able to delve once, maybe twice a game, its worth it. The rest of the cards are pretty standard for U/W heroic, no need to explain.
